Well it is now May and this is the second post,,,,,my intentions are to post at least every week but
life takes it's twists and turns.  Health has been the pits for the past 2 years and although I keep doing the things that need to be done...there is never enough time for all the things I want to do.
Business is okay....but never have time for friends or family the way I should.
There is now a     DLS Quilting and Supplies page on Facebook which tells the story of the things
going on in the business.
Want more time for gardening, and visiting so I am contemplating shortening the hours of the business.
Hours are from Tues at 5pm til 9 pm for those who can't manage daytime shopping and day time lessons, particularly the long arm instruction.
Wed through Fri, the hours are 9am til 5 pm and then Sat. from 9 am til 3 pm.

January 2015

Well, another year has gone and life goes on....Business is quiet but I am gearing up for the DOTS Quilt Show in May.  Quilts to be done so they can be exhibited and some kits to be made up for my booth.  Apnea is causing my body to drag most days now.  Hopefully they will be able to get to the bottom of the problem and offer some options in how to take care of it.
Want to take the time to perfect some new acquired skills in the coming months.
Workshops at the DOTS Guild will also keep me out of trouble and the friendship block  is getting the membership to participate in the hopes of being the one to take home the blocks.
January was the first block and it was won by Kitty and there was a pile of blocks there...
