Another Carpenter's Star

Have another Carpenters Star finished....almost....I have binding to do on it yet. This one is the first quilt the client has ever done and she doesn't own a sewing machine yet.

She made the quilt at Sue's Quilt'n'More Store in Caledonia and we are so proud of her.

Had a busy day and then went to teach a class at Sue's Quilt's N More in Caledonia...all went well and am going to try to get some sleep tonight. I have baking and quilting todo tomorrow.
Anne's quilt will be finished in the morning and then I can do the baking. Grandkids coming on Saturday and then there is lots of leftovers to store and maybe even take in a fair. Stitching for ever.......

Doing a custom job on a quilt for a friend and loving every moment.

Housework in the form of dishes, baking, paying the bills and even laundry take time out of the valuable hours for quilting.

The dogs had to be let out and a few calls had to be made, so I only got about 4 hours to quilt today.

Tomorrow is only hours away and then it starts all over. The balancing act that never seems to be on the side of the creative quilter.
